With our very own Spoon Lure partnered with Len Thompson, it is the perfect hook for the Western Canadian waters. Patterned similar to the famous Len Thompson 5 diamonds, with a barrel swivel and willow leaf, this lure will attract any bait fish, including Northern Pike, Walleye, and, if you’re lucky, a nice big Trout!<\/strong><\/p>\n

All lures come barbless as well, to help protect the fish when safely releasing them back into the water. We believe in safe Catch and Release. This practice involves returning the fish to the water unharmed so it can survive and continue its life in its natural environment.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

August long weekend Aug 2nd to the 4th,\u00a0 Had some great pics come in from Customers using the new Lamarche Machinery Inc. Spoon Lure. Hyundai WIA Machine tool operators from Academy Petroleum Industries, they both tried the new Spoon and had success!\u00a0 One on Pinehurst lake northern Alberta and one on Coal Lake 40 minutes south of Edmonton Alberta.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Joe Sunderland, Co-owner of Akrivis Machine in Edmonton, great customer with Multiple Hyundai WIA Turning Centers.<\/strong> He was having great day with his son fishing at Williston lake in B.C over the August Long Weekend.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

July 12 was a great day for a “Day on the Water” trip. We took out “Story Time 1” (Boat), spent the day with Lamarche Machinery Inc., Supporting Service Supplier-\u00a0 Rob Hopkins from Legacy Rentals. Boating and Fishing at Lac St. Anne, West Cove. Nice little lakeside village with a great little public boat launch. Fishing was quick and fast with over 10 Walleye and one Northern Pike in the first few hours, quieted down after the sun came out; the day was with all Safe Catch and Release practices, with all fish caught returning unharmed.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Overall, a great day for a “Day on the Water”.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

June 2024, Lamarche Machinery Inc. had the pleasure of being invited to their customers’ Father-Son and Friends Fishing Tournament at Canoe Lake, Saskatchewan. Academy Petroleum Industries puts on a great event for their friends, employees, suppliers, Father and Sons.\u00a0 \u00a0Our Sales Manager, Ron Larsson, and his son Ethan came close to winning the biggest Northern Pike at 14lbs, but the winner brought in a 17lbs monster. The biggest Walleye for the win was just short of 10lbs.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
