The UX570 is Toyoda’s fully five-axis capable vertical machining center. In a compact footprint, the UX570 maximizes stability while providing machining flexibility with its trunnion rotary table. The highly visible work area gives operators the ability to supervise precise cuts while THK heavy-duty linear guides and a Meehanite cast iron base ensure long-term accuracy.

Ideal for multi-face machining and the machining of complex shape parts

  • Adopts a gantry structure superior in high speed performance and a trunnion structure（ A,C axes） unbeatable in rigidity
  • High speed indexing of 70 min-1 with a C axis direct drive table
  • High following capability using a Y axis dual ballscrew drive
